Friendly staff provided exceptional service, but the shower had very little water pressure.

A cozy retreat with quirks
We enjoyed the spacious triple room that offered a good view, and the location was a bonus—just a short ride to the city center, allowing for easy exploration.
Our stay was marred by unclear pricing, particularly for meals and laundry, making us feel uncomfortable about the honesty of the management's practices.

The Triple Room with Private Bathroom was reasonably clean and spacious enough for our family during our 2-night stay. The location allows for a short walk or Tuk Tuk ride into the city centre, which is convenient for exploring the area.
Our experience was marred by various issues. During our stay, we encountered unusual pricing practices, such as being quoted 20,000 for dinner and later discovering discrepancies in laundry charges (2,000 per item vs. the lady's 1,000 claim). The atmosphere felt more like staying in a shared space than a hotel, with unannounced entries and a lack of privacy. While the property had its merits—like being good value for money—the management's approach could use significant adjustment.

Located in a serene area yet near the town center, the staff's warmth was outstanding, making every request a pleasure. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious omelettes and pancakes. While the basic facilities were sufficient, the fog often obscured the breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The overall experience was good value for the price paid, with a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.
